Stephen Poroszlay - Managing Director

Stephen has 25 years of marketing research and sales analytics experience with both large and small pharmaceutical and data analytic companies.

As an entrepreneur, he most recently co-founded TRAN, an international pharmaceutical market research company with a focus on niche therapeutic areas.  The company grew form a local Canadian supplier of market research to providing market insights to companies in the United States, Australia, Mexico, and Central and South America.

Stephen received his undergraduate degree in Molecular Genetics and his Master of Science degree in Clinical Biochemistry from the University of Toronto.  He completed an M.B.A in marketing and business strategy at the Schulich School of Business - York University.

Yen Tran - Co-Founder

Yen has 16 years of pharmaceutical experience specifically medical affairs, business development and marketing research with Bayer, Wyeth (now Pfizer), and Shire.  Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, she was a researcher at the University of Toronto, Department of Pharmacology conducting research in congestive heart failure. 

She was also a co-founder of TRAN, an international pharmaceutical market research company focusing on niche therapeutic areas in 2010.

Yen’s received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology from the University of Toronto.  She completed an M.B.A in Finance at City University of Seattle.
